Sydney Fish Market is the largest market of its kind in the Southern Hemisphereand the world's second largest seafood market in terms of variety outside of Japan. A working fish market, Sydney Fish Market sources product both nationallyand internationally and trades over 14500 tonnes of seafood annually with up to a hundred species traded every day. Onsite, Sydney Fish Market hosts six seafood retailers, a bottle shop, fruit and veg market, bakery, sushi bar, restaurants,gift shop and deli (SFM website).

 History:

I started working at Rengaya in 2000, when Sydney was all abuzz with the Sydney Olympics. Over the next 8 years, what I learned was how to ensure that customers went home not only thinking, "That was delicious!" but also, "I had so much fun!" and "I'm really glad I came."


Then Menya Noodle Bar City (CBD) opened for business in 2009. At Menya, our soups are our pride and joy. For that reason, I want all of our customers, both men and women, to enjoy every last drop of their soup. We make ramen that you could eat every day and never tire of. But we don't get caught up in the daily routine of it. In fact, every bowl of our ramen is made with passion and care, as if it was the very first we ever made.


As a man who loves his ramen, I serve my customers the kind of ramen that makes me say "Gosh this tastes great!" and I will continue to do so.



Why? So that we can be the best noodle bar in Sydney, of course!

Damian Heads created Pony lounge& Dining the Rock's menu. The meau is driven by produce and provenance, not trends. their seafood is sourced within Australia while protein is direct from suppliers such as Hopkins River grass fed beef.

Great cuts of meat prepared on the wood fire grill(fired with iron bark timber), designed for the restaurant in Brazil.highlight and feature premium steaks, lamb chops and the best chipolatas from bespoke butcher Victor Churchill.

Max Brenner

“Chocolate is not just about taste.” Everyone knows the bald man in Sydney. When Max was 10 years old, he read “Charlie and Chocolate Factory” and he swore that one day he would find a river of chocolate and sail in it. Now, Max builds his own “chocolate river” in his shop. Max Brenner is creating a chocolate culture.



The Max Brenner chocolate culture is a holistic experience, its centre is the chocolate bar which combines a bar and a shop allowing you to experience your shopping at the bar and shop for your experience at the chocolate shop.
In the chocolate shop you can find the Hug Mug & the Suckao (utensils specially designed for the chocolate drinking ceremony), Pralines in a variety of flavours & an assortment of Max’s designed chocolate goodies for the perfect gift.




The choc-fest continues with two banana praline crepes that are drizzled generously with lashings of melted chocolate. The crepes are soft and delicate, puddles of sweet hazelnut spread tempered by thick slices of banana and a cooling scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Hurricane’s grill & bar is a fully licensed alfresco steak restaurant.

The beef ribs are thinner and darker than the pork ribs, the meat quite strong with the flavour of beef.

chicken. Hurricane’s Grill & Bar also offer seafood, lean beef burgers, hot chips, onion rings, baked potatoes, fresh leafy salads and delicious vegetarian burgers and platters.


The dessert which they offered is also pretty nice. For example, vanilla ice cream, mars bar cheesecake and any other prefect wines.

Singatures Buffet

Signatures Buffet is locate in Merrylands RSL club. The buffet consist of asian dishes, hot traditional roasts, Asian BBQ, salmon, crab, prawns, mussels,fresh salads, fresh seafood from the tank, hot grills and exquisite desserts. Including profiteroles, crème caramel, fried ice cream and panacotta- to name a few. Signatures buffet will have what is known as the ‘Gourmet Buffet’ available for Friday and Saturday night dinner and Sunday lunch, which is exactly as the name suggest- gourmet dining in both food and service.
This buffet also have live seafood, it is freash from tank to your plate.They have live barramundi, eel, snow crabs and piepies. I was try the feash crabs, they cooked the crabs after i order it, the tasty was so fantastic!




In signature buffet, they also have kids room for the kids. When you and your family are joying the dinner or lunch, you can let your kids stay in kids room and play the game in there.
